These buyers do not have the legal documentation to be considered Permanent Resident Aliens, which includes Permanent or Condition Resident Card, Green Cards, I-94A refuge/asylum, employment authorization form I-766 or I-765, and work authorization form I-797A. Non-prime lender now offers Foreign Nationals the ability to purchase a home using Non-Agency financing, with a minimum 25% down payment. Up to 75% Loan-To-Value (purchase or refinance)
Simple credit reference letters to satisfy trade lines
Non-US Credit Accepted
No Social Security Number or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number required
12 months reserves required
Loans up to $750,000 (higher amounts case by case)
Reserves can remain in foreign account
Minimum loan amount $150,000
Debt-To-Income up to 50% considerer
